Delegating

Today is one of those days. I am feeling overwhelmed on many fronts and frustrated with how alone I sometimes feel. I am thankful there are people I can call and am forcing myself to email to delegate part of my mountain.

I am putting on my tennis shoes and a leash on Charlie because the sun is out and walking on a colorful leaf carpet and feeling the breeze should help. And maybe more coffee?
